Shipping
At Pashmina International, we offer three shipping methods. All are available across the world, although the cost may vary. We always aim to dispatch orders with 24 hours of receipt, from Monday to Saturday, although sometimes this isn't possible. We'll also keep you up to date with the progress of your order as soon as we have news.

Airsure:

1. Global basic shipping

Free on all orders. This is standard domestic/airmail shipping, and usually takes 5-14 days to arrive with you. There's no tracking available, so we can't always tell you where your order is - if you really need this then try our express courier option! Sometimes only one pashmina can be sent at a time with basic shipping, so if you've ordered five or six, expect up to five or six separate deliveries. As long as we have all your order in stock, we'll dispatch it all at the same time.

2. Signed-for parcel post

This is faster than our basic shipping, and items should arrive within 4-8 days of dispatch. We'll put your entire order into one shipment with insured parcel post. Orders sent this way go via international airmail. You'll need to sign for your package when it gets to you, making sure that it gets to the right place in time. If you're not there to sign, usually it'll be held at a local depot near you for a few days.

3. Airsure courier

If you really need your pashmina in a hurry, we can get it to you as quickly as four days, wherever you are in the world! Express courier uses Airsure working with 24-hour cargo flights to get your soft pashminas to your door as quickly as possible. Online tracking is usually available with courier express shipping should you need this option.

This option is only available to some countries; USA, UK and some western European states are available. If we can't get Airsure shipping to your country, we'll send the item as insured signed for, which is just as fast, but not as well-tracked. A list of countries covered by Airsure is in our FAQ. Airsure typically takes 3-7 days from dispatch to arrive.



Tracing Airsure & Signed-for orders

If you've placed an express order, it may take a few hours after posting for tracking data to appear. You can usually track its progress via the Royal Mail website, or using this form, which will track items posted from anywhere in the world:



You can view the progress of your parcel in both the UK and the destination country via this service. If you see a message that the parcel has left the UK, try selecting your country from the top-navigation, or visiting your local postal service's website (e.g. www.usps.com) for information; the tracking number will still be valid.

Returns

We believe that your satisfaction is paramount. This means that our returns policy and process is set up to be as simple as possible, and to keep you happy!

If you're not happy with your product, simply return it unopened and as new within 14 days of delivery. Let us know before you send it back so that we expect it. Upon arrival at our shipping depot, we'll check the items and refund the amount you paid for them without argument and with no restocking fee. Alternatively you can choose other items to the value of your order, and we'll send you those instead of a refund. Unfortunately, we can't refund express shipping fees unless there's a problem with the shipping service - see below.

Send returns to the address listed on the label on your package. Please fill in a value of $1 / 1 Euro for your returns value (on the CN22 label); this value is used to calculate duty and tax, and has already been paid when we imported your item. We cannot accept returns that we have to pay duty or tax on.

In the extreme case that your pashmina is damaged on arrival, please notify us immediately and then send it back within 14 days of delivery date, including the packaging it came with. Upon receipt, we'll refund your shipping costs and replace the item.

Lost en route

It's always possible, no matter how unlikely, that somewhere along the way a parcel gets lost. We're on your side and, in this case, want to get things back on track as quickly as possible.

If your item doesn't arrive within the expected period, let us know, and we'll check with our shipping providers. If they show the item as undelivered, we will refund your shipping fee.

If you think your item is lost then get in touch immediately. We'll attempt to track it. If our shipping partners can't locate the item with 21 days of dispatch, you will receive a full refund. Please note that we only offer this policy with tracked shipping methods - don't worry, we haven't lost a single package yet!

If you receive nothing after 28 days from the date of dispatch, and you're using our basic global shipping, let us know. Then, send confirmation in writing to our address and we will replace your items or money without argument.

If you paid for shipping and your item is late by more than two days, excluding public holidays, we'll refund your shipping charge without quibble. Please take note of any seasonal shipping recommendations (published on this page) - during busy periods for postal services, we can't guarantee that anything sent after posting deadlines will arrive in time! UPS shipping is exempt from this, and always adheres to a deadline from dispatch; if these are even the tiniest bit overdue, you'll get a refund. Delays between order placement and actual dispatch are not included in the shipping times.

Import information

We're an international company and don't ship our products from within the US - usually we ship from the UK or its nearby Scandinavian neighbour, Denmark - this is what lets us provide you with such low prices for high quality goods. We provide all the correct documentation with our goods, such as CN22 customs forms where appropriate; you don't have to worry about a thing.

If you use signed-for parcel post or express courier, we are required to declare the value of the goods on the outside. To save you tax, we will place an equivalent cost value here, corresponding to the replacement cost as requested by insurers.

INCOTERMS

Following the internationally agreed INCOTERMS for describing shipping, our methods get the codes below:
  • Basic shipping: CPT, with additional cover; see above
  • Signed-for parcel post: DDU
  • Express courier: DDU
  • Wholesale: FOB agreed carrier pick-up point


Unless otherwise stated, "days" are defined as working days. Although we ship seven days a week, most delivery firms work Monday to Friday, excluding local public holidays. Public holidays in the source and destination countries aren't counted either.
