How do I find a pashmina that I like?
We break our pashminas down by type. There's a list of these pashmina types on the left side of most pages. Click on one to see all the different colors available. You can then click on the small picture of a pashmina in order to get more information, and see a larger version.
How do I add items to my cart?
When you're looking at the page for the pashmina you like, click "Add to cart". The item will be placed in your shopping cart. You can review your cart any time by clicking on the 'View shopping cart' link, at the left side of every page. To remove anything from your shopping cart, change the quantity to "0" and hit "Update Quantities".
How do Check Out?
Checking out is easy.
- Click on the "View your cart" or "checkout" buttons. Your shopping cart will appear and you can review your order.
- Click on the "Check Out" button to advance to the shipping information page.
- Enter your name, and the address you'd like your order sent to. Choose a shipping method (the default is free delivery) and press "Apply". This'll tell you the total order cost, including shipping. When you're ready, click "Continue".
- Click "Pay with Paypal" to enter payment information for your order. You'll be asked for card details and your address. When you've finished, you'll be returned to sign off your order.
- Enter your email address, and check or uncheck the options below about how we may contact you.
- Click "Send Order" to finish checking out.
How do I pay for my order?
You can use a credit or debit card for online purchases. When you check out, you will be asked to fill in the credit card type, number and expiration date. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as Paypal, and Paypal e-checks, from US customers. For other customers, additional options such as Switch, Solo, Electron, and Eurocard may be available.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
No. We cover sales tax. For more information, see our
shipping page.
How can I be sure my order went through?
Once we receive your order, you will receive an email confirmation, usually within minutes. The email will include an order number for your reference. If you do not receive your email within a couple of hours
call us or
e-mail us.
Why didn't I receive an e-mail order confirmation?
It's possible that the mail we sent may have ended up in your spam filter; take a look. Alternatively, an incorrect email address may have been entered. Please
call us with your order number and we will confirm that your order has been placed.
Will my credit card be charged immediately?
No, your credit card will not be charged until your order is confirmed or shipping. When you enter your credit card information and click "order now" on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also receive an email confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours. We will send you another email to notify you when your order has been shipped and we've charged your credit card.
Will I get a receipt with my order?
Yes, you will get a receipt with your order that can be used to return or exchange merchandise.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy is (we think) really generous, so you needn't worry if you're not happy. For full details, see our
shipping page.
How do you credit for returns?
We can only credit the original purchaser. We'll attempt to refund the card or account that was used to make the payment; if this isn't possible, we'll send cash or a check.
Is it safe to give my information online?
The Order Form pages for all Yahoo! Stores are served through a secure https connection using 128-bit SSL v2/v3 encryption.
You can tell that a browser is secure in a couple different ways:
- In a secure mode, the address should begin with 'https://'
- Some browsers will display a window that notifies that you are entering a secured zone.
- On the bottom left or right hand corners of your browser window, you should see an icon symbol that indicates the safety of the site. Netscape 1.x, 2.x & 3.x will display a solid key symbol on a secured site and broken key symbol on a non-secured site. Netscape 4.x will display a closed padlock symbol on a secured site and an open padlock symbol on a non-secured site. All current versions of Internet Explorer will display a closed padlock symbol on a secured site and an open padlock symbol on a non-secured site.
When will I receive my order?
You should receive your order within 7-10 business days. Most orders ship the next business day. If we anticipate that a shipment may take longer, we will notify you immediately. If you need your pashmina sooner, please contact us.
How will my order be delivered?
All US orders should arrive via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Most orders received will ship within one business day. If we are not able to ship your order by the next business day we will let you know when you can expect dispatch. Should you need your pashmina sooner, please

How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email that will include the tracking details if applicable.
Why didn't I receive a shipping notification?
An incorrect email address may have been entered. Please contact us with your order confirmation number and we will confirm that your order has been shipped.
Can you ship to an international address?
Yes, we will ship to the following countries:
